As the title states. Im curious how much different dozes there are. And how frequently are new ones released nowadays? Thank you.!

I would say at least almost 100 by now i'm sure. They seem to be released fairly often but like I-doser always says don't ask when they are going to release a new one. When it's ready it's ready.
