Which one is better? I am a beginnerr, But I know I'm ready for one of the two.. Help?:} And any tips for them?

I found astral projection much more peaceful then out of body, so since you're a beginner I think you should go with that one and save out of body for another time. As for tips, this one took me a few tries before I got the true experience so relax and focus on nothing else but the music. If you don't get the experience you are meant to get the first time, just keep trying, you'll get it eventually. Hope I helped.
