i kinda get effects but they r very mild, i think i am only slightly receptive, how can i get better, more intense trips, btw i do it with ideal conditions

use patience and concentration

Make sure you are sitting or laying down in a dark room by yourself and it needs to be quite. Close your eyes and don't count or imagine anything just concentrate on the beat, relax, and it will take effect.

ps.Try not to open your eyes or move. Stay completely still.
