What's the best dose to do right before bed but I don't want something to help me sleep I want to have like a mellow mental meltdown BEFORE I sleep.. Any suggestions?

If you'd ask me, it'll be Anesthesia or Demerol. Seeing that you already experienced Demerol... I'd shoot for Anesthesia next.

I'd go with unique on this one. Anesthesia is a very good dose to mellow you out. It makes you just not want to do anything
