Hi, could anyone explain how to use the OBE dose? do you just clear your mind and relax like the other doses? or are you supposed to do something to trigger it? need help.

The dose is suppose to help you relax and clear your mind. So yes, you are correct. You mustn't rely solely on the dose though. The dose is merely a boost to help you achieve the state of mind needed to astral project.
