Binaural Forum

im a new user and i cant make it work for me.. i tried Genesis and Outofbody but i just felt a bit weird.. nothing special.. what can i do?

Read the tips people have posted in the forums, start off with a milder dose like Opium or Marijuana. Makesure u have good headphones, you are in complete darkness with no distractions and make sure you are comfortable and cant be distracted.
