Any tips?

u got any tips to help me...Maby volume, i lie down in bed, covers up, eyes close, listingto the sounds but nuthing..i hav dom nitriox about 5 times and ...POOP...any help?

Maybe try spelling a little better, what the hell is 'nitriox'?

Yeah, i agree with geebus, you sound kind of like a little kid, but its okay you're probably just from a different country. and assuming you mean nitrous, well just keep with it, get headphones that dont leak in sound, do it where its completly dark and where u dont have a bunch of energy...look for MORE MUST HAVE TIPS in dose experiences or support, i think its in dose experiences.
