Why is that i mean i know there just the sample ones but they all sound the same like same noise same beat

there are only so many types of brain waves. It's the specific timing of which ones are activated, and for how long, that make the differences...

they dont sound like static and beeps.

They are static and beeps (if you can call it beeps).

Read up on binaural beats.

Every Dose sounds the same to me
