Is that hiss while listening normal ?

If I a listen to that doses, i listen to a very loud hiss and that "UFO" sound.I didn't have a trip or any effect until now.Maybe that hiss disturbes me ?
The "hiss", or static / white noise that you are hearing is not only normal, but required for the dose to work. If the hissing is very loud, turn the volume down until you are at a comfortable listening level. =)
As far as having trips, make sure you use the right dose (I recommend Trip, Peyote and Bufo)Toad are other hallucinogens) and keep practicing your concentration. Also realize that sometimes you just have to try I-Doser a few times for your brain to get used to using binaural pattern overrides.
